- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently was diagnosed with a severely damaged rotary cuff shoulder injury and was subsequently advised that a reverse shoulder replacement would be my only alternative for restoring reasonable usage and movement. With my typical 70/30 employees health benefit I was sure (ahead of time) that I would have many questions where uncovered benefit bills were concerned. My billing representative, Melissa at PBS was helpful, considerate and cheerful throughout. Though the shoulder remains "a work in process" my understanding of the charges, not covered by my health insurance, I understand and am at ease with.
