  We called in to do a food challenge for our 6 month old son and were required to schedule an initial consultation before they would schedule the food challenge. We did that first appointment in October of 2016 and the next available food challenge was in March of 2017. A long time to wait but we took the opening. I called the office the day before our scheduled appointment because I had not heard from them to confirm. They returned my call and said that they did not have an appointment on the calendar and that I had cancelled a food challenge on a date in November (neither my wife or I recall this appointment). Regardless they are now saying that we have to wait another 4-5 months to schedule. I asked them why we would cancel the appointment that took so long to get and they basically told me it was my problem and they weren't going to be flexible. I am a very easy going person but this is horrible service. Be very careful scheduling with them and ask for written confirmation. Last thing you want to do is assume you had an appointment scheduled 6 months out just to find out it was cancelled on their end and have to get back in their ridiculous wait line for another appointment. The person I spoke to on the phone needs lessons in client service as well.

  Doctor T is awesome, he is straight forward, funny, personable, and seems to know his stuff. I genuinely trust him. The nurses are all absolutely fantastic! I'd say the only interactions that have been uncomfortable are when the new office manager is cranky. One day I asked my fantastic nurse if I could check on my dog during my shot. Next thing I hear is Phalyssia coming out and asking, with attitude, of the nurse said a dog could come into the office.... I'm not bringing my dog into an allergist - I literally just wanted to walk out for a few minutes. However she felt the need to get involved in a situation that didn't involve her with a whole lot of attitude.
